We are experienced in advising local and international investors in relation to the interpretation and application of the Botswana Companies Act and all other laws aimed at regulating the formation, governance, restructuring and winding up of companies and other business structures in Botswana. Our services include advising clients in relation to the incorporation of various types of companies, share issues, share acquisition and transfers, shareholder agreements, capital raising (debt and equity capital markets), corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, insolvency and winding up of businesses. Furthermore, the firm is highly experienced in the establishment and governance of other corporate structures such as trusts, foundations, partnerships and state owned enterprises (SOE), particularly statutory corporations.
